For 5 years, we’ve designed and produced home furnishings that stand out and we’re committed to the quality of our products. We’re also here to help. We want to be your go-to place to buy rugs and more, and our Dubai- based customer service team will gladly answer any questions you may have. If, for some reason, you’re not delighted with your purchase, we’re happy to offer you a refund upon receipt of your return for most of our products within 30 days. Refunds will show on your credit card statement within ten business days of processing. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit.
