Introducing Maya

Maya Mohamed is a visionary entrepreneur who started Maya Egyptian Pottery, with the main goals of creating arts  from clay inspired by her Egyptian heritage and culture and providing a source of income for women in her town to support their family or gather fund for their education.

Maya’s passion to help these women inspires Aiida Design to continue to showcase the unique arts and designs from local artisans of Egypt.
